Delete your Wbijam account
The quickest path is in the app: Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion without reinstalling Wbijam.
Send a request
Email kontakt@wbijam.app and include the phone number linked to the account. We will verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. Never send us an SMS code or password.
What we delete
We delete the profile and photo, proposals, replies, contact relationships and matches, settings, device tokens, linked push-delivery records, and feedback text. Product events may remain only after the account identifier has been removed. We retain limited data only where required by law, security, or legal claims, as described in the Privacy Policy.
When deletion is completed
After ownership verification, we handle the request without undue delay, normally within 30 days. We will confirm completion to the email address used for the request.
